Emily Tamas, MEd., has been with KASAP since 2007. She started her career as a rape crisis service provider; but has worked with multiple populations over the years including adult homeless, children in foster care, and children in residential treatment programs. As Program Coordinator for KASAP, she provides guidance and support to Kentucky’s rape crisis centers to keep them in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while always keeping focus on client services. Emily collects and compiles data specific to numbers of clients served, services provided, and client satisfaction regarding those services. Emily also provides training on multiple topics for programs and community members.
