The Access Healing Coordinator is tasked with enhancing Kentucky’s prevention to sexual harm efforts, provide targeted outreach and awareness to survivors who also have experience with substance use, and improve the access to services for historically marginalized communities. The goal is to implement trauma and resilience informed practices at KASAP member RCCs and develop comprehensive person-centered wraparound services and a referral system. Also the Access to Healing Coordinator is to develop a council, composed of survivors and providers, to enhance strategies for providing services across the State.
