Eve Rabinoff, PhD is KASAP’s Training Coordinator. Eve collaborates with KASAP staff and member programs to provide consistent, survivor-centered training and curriculum development across the network. She is also responsible for organizing a regular calendar of training opportunities for member programs and other community agencies.
