The Vice President (VP) of Programs is a key member of The Center’s Executive Team, working directly with the President/CEO and the Board of Directors. This role is integral in developing organizational strategies, insuring mission alignment, managing growth and sustainability, as well as planning, implementing and evaluating the organization’s strategic plan. The VP models successful behaviors and provides leadership to create a high functioning, healthy, and inclusive organizational culture. The VP hires, manages, and coaches six director-level direct reports who oversee all program staff.
